If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. Simply fill in the form below and we’ll send you a return label within one working day.
Then return your item(s) as follows:
1. Return packaging
Place your shoes in the original shoebox and pack the shoebox in the shipping box in which you received your order, or in another shipping box. Seal the package properly so that nothing can fall out during shipping. After contacting us about returning your product(s), you’ll receive a return label via email. Stick that label on the box and bring it to your nearest Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator station.
2. return shipping costs
Customers from Canada can return shoes free of charge via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator by using the label you’ll receive in your inbox.
3. refunds
Once we have received your return, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days (but most of the times, it will take 1-2 days). You will receive an email from us once your refund is made.
