We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.
In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Returning your item is free of charge for returns from Canada.
Where we deliver
At wolky.ca it is only possible to deliver packages at any location in Canada.
Carriers
All parcels within Canada are shipped using UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or ICS Courier. Wolky Canada reserves the right to select the carrier used for each shipment based on the destination, service availability, and delivery requirements.
At checkout, you may leave delivery instructions for the carrier, such as whether the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour and, where applicable, the preferred house number. Please note that delivery instructions cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to the carrier’s policies.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.
Delivery time
Your order will normally be delivered within 10 business days. Do you have other wishes regarding the delivery time of your package? Please let us know and we will take this into account. If items are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you. Availability of the items depends on the stock in our stores and warehouse. If you have ordered two or more items, it is possible that your order will be delivered in parts when one of the shoes you have ordered, came with an extended delivery time.
Tracing your order
After placing the order, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing your personal track-and-trace code once your order has shipped. With this code you can track your package.
Tax
Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same state or province as your shipping address. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We don’t know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.
